The following information is about completing the 21Clean Program with me as your guided health coach. You can also do the self-guided 21Clean journal on your own.

Three weeks of guided journaling exploring the common areas where you may be stuck. In this program you will reflect on each facet of your physical and mental health to identify patterns that are holding you back from thriving and living your best life. After not only the habits, but the WHY of the habits are brought to light, you will be able to make lasting changes instead of quick fixes.

Each week you will focus on a new topic. After reading some tips and tools for that week's focus, you will go through daily journal exercises, as well as check-ins at the start and end of each week. The program builds, so after exploring healthy eating in week 1, you will continue to focus on it in weeks 2 and 3, while adding other life areas to work on that commonly cause discontent.

Program Details

Week 1: Healthy Eating

Week 2: Physical Activity

Week 3: All the other juicy stuff (Ex: Career, Relationships)
 

There are three levels to the program. All levels follow the same guided journal, which tackles nutrition, physical activity, relationships, career, and much more.

Level One

  • Workbook with a guided daily journal for three weeks (mailed to you)
     

  • Email coaching support-I will respond to your questions, concerns, and reflections within 24 hours
     

  • 10% off future private coaching sessions

Investment: $175

Level Two

  • Workbook with a guided daily journal for three weeks (mailed to you)
     

  • Email coaching support-I will respond to your questions, concerns, and reflections within 24 hours
     

  • 10% off future private coaching sessions
     

  • A 60 min private coaching session at the start of the program to take you through the workbook and dive deeper into your life. Coaching sessions include follow-up email synopsis.

Level Three

  • Workbook with a guided daily journal for three weeks (mailed to you)
     

  • Email coaching support-I will respond to your questions, concerns, and reflections within 24 hours
     

  • 10% off future private coaching sessions
     

  • THREE, 60 minute private coaching sessions: at the start of the program, the middle, the end. These sessions will help you dive deeper into not only the program but into how you will carry your introspection and changes forward. Coaching sessions include follow-up email synopsis. 

Investment: $650
